Forward Role is partnering with an exciting and fast-growing business in the property space, focused on redefining UK housing and modern luxury living. With major growth plans underway, this is a rare opportunity to join at the ground level as the brands take shape. The team is currently fully remote, with a Manchester HQ launching soon – hybrid working will follow.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you'll bring the brands to life across social media, editorial and digital channels. From creating engaging content and managing social platforms to shaping brand storytelling and customer journeys, you'll play a key role in building awareness, engagement and community.
What You'll Do:- Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, Pinterest)
- Create short-form video, visuals and engaging social content
- Capture content on-site at homes, apartments and events
- Schedule posts and manage day-to-day engagement
- Support influencer collaborations and partnerships
- Write blogs, website content and neighbourhood guides
- Support email campaigns and automated journeys
- Help develop content strategy and brand voice
- Optimise content for SEO and performance
- Keep website content accurate, engaging and up to date
- Use insights and analytics to improve content effectiveness
- 3+ years' experience in social media, content, editorial or marketing
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Confident creating video and mobile-first content
