Role & Responsibilities:
- Play a pivotal role in managing and growing Amazon Marketplace, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Take ownership of performance reporting, shaping what gets measured, how it's presented, and how insights drive commercial decisions.
- Work heavily with data & analytics - analysing performance across revenue, traffic, and conversion, turning data into actionable insights.
- Own and evolve reporting: identifying gaps, improving visibility, and presenting meaningful insights to senior stakeholders.
- Support sales growth through commercial analysis and opportunity spotting.
- Manage day-to-day operations of a major online retail account.
- Work cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and finance.
- Process and manage purchase orders and ensure smooth operational delivery.
- Contribute to content optimisation and performance improvements.
Skills & Experience:
- Highly analytical – someone who genuinely enjoys working with data and uncovering insights.
- Commercially aware – understands what drives revenue and performance.
