A global household name in retail, based in Leeds, is looking for a passionate Production Junior to join the team as a Production Assistant. This role is ideal for someone starting their career and has a love for creative and production work. The position is initially a 3-month contract, with the likelihood of extension or becoming permanent. Salary is approximately £150 - £170 per day. It is a full-time role, requiring 3 days in the Leeds office and 2 days working from home.

About the role:

  • Supporting the Production team (editors, video AMs, producers) with administrative tasks including:
  • Using the in-house video platform to upload videos and monitor approvals.
  • Raising Purchase Orders (POs) in the company's accounting system.
  • Collaborating with Account Managers/Traffic Management and Production teams to update post-production schedules for multiple projects and campaigns.
  • Updating and maintaining the digital video library, ensuring file naming consistency and accessibility of video edits to the wider business.
  • Potential assistance on shoots as required, including logistics and running errands.

About you:

  • Experience in a similar Production Assistant role, either in-house or at an agency, or a junior marketing/production background with a keen willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Filming and editing skills are a plus but not essential.
