Forward Role are partnering with an innovative and rapidly growing technology business that is investing heavily in talent as they continue their exciting growth journey. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and securing top talent across a range of corporate and technical functions.
This is a remote opportunity with travel required to the central London office when necessary that offers autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to work closely with leaders across the business to build high-performing teams.
As a trusted Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll own the recruitment lifecycle from end to end, partnering with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional hiring experience.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of business and technical roles
- Partnering with stakeholders to understand workforce plans and hiring needs
- Developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Building and nurturing talent pipelines for future growth
- Driving an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Using recruitment data and market insights to influence hiring decisions
- Supporting employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
- Continuously improving recruitment processes and best practices
Our client is looking for an experienced recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment, so you’ll need to demonstrate,
- Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Internal Recruiter or Recruitment Business Partner
- Experience recruiting within the technology sector
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Proven sourcing expertise across LinkedIn, job boards and direct talent attraction channels
- A data-driven and commercially minded approach to recruitment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
