An exciting opportunity to lead social media for one of the most popular athleisure brands in the UK! We're looking for a strategic and culturally connected Social Media Manager to own the social vision for a high-growth, highly recognisable brand. This role sits at the heart of brand, culture, and commercial performance, shaping how millions engage with the brand every day.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning and evolving the end-to-end social media strategy and roadmap
  • Leading high-impact campaigns from concept to execution across TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitch, LinkedIn and more
  • Overseeing always-on content and major moments, ensuring relevance with Gen Z and Millennial audiences
  • Building strong partnerships with influencers, creators, and talent
  • Using data and insight to measure performance, report against KPIs, and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders to align social activity with wider business goals

What we're looking for:

  • 8 - 10+ years' experience in social media, ideally within fashion, sport, athleisure, or lifestyle
  • A proven strategic leader with experience delivering measurable results
