We are partnering with a national, consumer-focused professional services organisation to appoint a Senior Website Manager role within their marketing function. This is a strategic yet hands-on position, responsible for owning and evolving a high-traffic, lead gen driven website. You will play a central role in shaping how the brand engages with customers online, driving performance, conversion and continuous optimisation.
The Opportunity
This is a key leadership role where you will define and deliver the website strategy, while remaining close enough to execution to ensure meaningful, day-to-day improvements are made. You will lead a growing team of four (with further expansion planned), making culture fit, mentorship and strong people leadership critical to success. The business is undergoing an exciting phase of digital evolution, having recently gone through a migration, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in transformation environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the website strategy and roadmap, aligned to wider commercial and marketing objectives
- Drive lead generation performance, improving conversion rates and customer acquisition efficiency
- Lead ongoing CRO, UX and website optimisation initiatives
- Use data and insight to inform decision-making, reporting on key KPIs including traffic, conversion and leads
- Work closely with marketing, SEO, data and tech teams to deliver a seamless digital experience
- Oversee content quality, governance and SEO performance
- Manage relationships with external agencies and technology partners
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing, junior/ mid-level team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture
- Ensure the website ecosystem is fully leveraged from a technical and marketing perspective
About You
- Proven experience in a Senior Website or digital platform role, ideally within a B2C environment
- Strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery
- Experience owning or working with enterprise-level CMS platforms (e.g. Sitecore or similar)
