I am excited to be working with an innovative Financial Services business who are expanding their Marketing & Insights team. Forward Role is supporting in search of an enthusiastic and motivated Research & Insight Executive to join the team. You’ll be the go-to expert for uncovering what really matters to the company’s client base. Through a blend of qualitative and quantitative research, market analysis and competitor insight, you’ll help shape marketing strategies, support proposition development and identify exciting new opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviours, and motivations through varied research methods
- Deliver impactful, easy-to-digest insight reports that inform strategic thinking
- Track industry trends and emerging opportunities to guide marketing and commercial plans
- Partner closely with Marketing, Proposition and Distribution teams to drive meaningful customer-focused initiatives
- Support senior leaders in campaign development and long-term planning
- Get stuck into ad hoc insight projects that make a real difference
Skills & Experience:
- Experience with qualitative research methods is essential
- Highly analytical and data savvy – ideally experience with quantitative research methods
- Comfortable working with data and distilling complex findings into simple, actionable insights
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- A natural communicator with great presentation flair
- Collaborative mindset – great with stakeholders, teams and external partners
- Curious, commercially aware, and genuinely passionate about the customer
