In a newly created Product Coordinator role, working with some of the world’s biggest brands?
The Product Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining product data, ensuring all product information is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. This includes EPDs, datasheets, product specs, and content syndication to support the sales team with the latest product information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update all product data, including EPDs, datasheets, product specifications, and other relevant content.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product Development, Marketing, Sales, and SHEQ) to gather, organise, and distribute product information.
- Ensure all product collateral is accurate, up-to-date, and aligns with brand and product messaging.
- Organise content syndication efforts to ensure product data is available across all relevant platforms and channels.
- Assist in product launch activities, ensuring that all product materials are ready and distributed to key stakeholders.
- Monitor and maintain product information across all digital touchpoints, including the website and third-party platforms.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Product Design, or related field.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Experience with content management systems and digital platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
