Forward Role is working with a well-established, partnership-led professional services organisation to recruit a Reward Partner into their growing Reward function. This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with the Head of Reward, HR, Finance and senior stakeholders across the business, playing a key role in delivering complex compensation and reward projects at scale.
As the Reward Partner, you'll take ownership of a range of compensation-focused initiatives, with particular emphasis on:
- Market benchmarking and job evaluation
- Job architecture and framework embedding
- Annual pay and bonus review cycles
- EU Pay Transparency projects
- Reward modelling and analysis
You'll be hands-on with data, comfortable working with confidential information, and confident in translating complex insights into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Reward / Compensation role, ideally within professional services or a partnership-led organisation
- Strong working knowledge of WTW / Towers Watson job evaluation methodologies
- Experience with job architecture and benchmarking programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong project management capability
- Advanced Excel skills (including lookups, pivot tables and modelling)
- Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail
