Looking for an SEO role where you can actually own your accounts, run with your ideas and have some autonomy?

SEO Manager

Manchester City Centre | Hybrid | Salary up to £40k

We’re working exclusively with an established, growing digital & PR agency who are investing heavily in their new Manchester team, making this a great time to get involved.

Already a renowned agency in the Midlands, they are now bringing this success to Manchester and looking to make a key hire. As their newest SEO Manager you’ll bring around 2 -3 years’ experience and know your SEO fundamentals, whilst also being ready to take more ownership.

The Role

  • Take ownership of a varied portfolio of SEO clients across Ecommerce, Retail and B2B
  • Develop and deliver SEO strategies from start to finish
  • Get hands-on across on-page, content, UX and technical SEO
  • Run client calls and confidently talk through results and recommendations
  • Use data to spot opportunities and improve performance
  • Explore new opportunities across AI Search and emerging channels

About You

  • Around 3+ years’ SEO experience, ideally agency-side
  • A strong SEO all-rounder- you don’t need to be super technical
  • Comfortable managing clients and taking ownership of accounts
  • Good understanding of tools such as GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog
  • Proactive, organised and happy working autonomously

Why Join?

You’ll be joining an established agency with a growing Manchester presence, a down-to-earth team and continued investment in AI & Automation. There’s plenty of senior support from their brilliant Head of Digital but they want someone who’ll be trusted to run with their work rather than being micromanaged.

You’ll also get 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays, Christmas closure, your birthday off, flexible start/finish times, personal training budget, quarterly development days and regular socials.
