Data & AI Learning Consultant | Remote | Β£70,000 - Β£100,000 | Permanent This is a senior, consultative role for someone who can talk AI and data with a board as comfortably as with a technical team. You'll work with a leading UK tech training provider to diagnose client capability gaps, design tailored Data and AI learning solutions, and help shape the direction of its AI portfolio. It suits a data or AI specialist who wants to move into strategic consultancy, with influence over commercial strategy and market positioning. The role: Run capability assessments, diagnostics and learning needs analysis to build Data and AI development solutions around a client's strategic priorities Design and deliver AI and Data programmes, academies, workshops and blended learning that show measurable business impact Act as strategic adviser to senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors on AI capability and adoption Shape and evolve the AI learning portfolio across Technical AI, Data Science and AI Leadership, spotting market trends and new propositions Support pre-sales, bids and proposals, including client solution design Mentor Principal and Senior Learning Specialists, and represent the business as a thought leader through speaking, forums or publications What we're looking for: Significant experience running organisational diagnostics, technical capability assessments and learning needs analysis A track record of designing and delivering AI, technology or leadership development programmes Credibility with senior and executive stakeholders, and the consultancy skills to influence their decisions Experience developing AI learning propositions, workforce upskilling or adoption programmes Proven involvement in major bids, proposals or pre-sales consultancy Strong AI, data science and programming knowledge, confident enough to hold your own in technical discussions Experience mentoring learning professionals or subject matter experts Desirable: Degree in Mathematics or a related field, or an MSc/PhD in Data Science, AI or Computer Science Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure or GCP) PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification What's on offer: Permanent, site-based role
