A 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract paying £35,000 - £45,000 in Leeds City Centre (Hybrid: 1-2 days per week in the office). Forward Role is supporting a digital consultancy in hiring a CRO Analyst to work on a major ecommerce client engagement. This is a long-term, high-visibility programme where you will drive web analytics and insight generation while also supporting a broader mix of analytics clients.
As the CRO Analyst, you will spend the majority of your time dedicated to a large ecommerce client, with additional involvement in ongoing analytics and data-focused projects across the portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to enhance their career in a growing business. You will be a part of a highly experienced, small team, giving you the chance to learn and develop!

Role & Responsibilities:- Analyse performance across ongoing CRO tests, providing clear insights into what worked, what didn’t, and why.
- Partner with UX designers to develop test ideas using behavioural insights.
- Liaise closely with developers and external teams to ensure tests are implemented accurately, tracked correctly and measured effectively.
- Investigate customer behaviour, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for optimisation.
- Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders, ensuring insights are communicated clearly.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and reporting frameworks to support experimentation and broader analytics projects.
- Support other clients with analytics consultancy, including tagging, technical implementation, and ongoing web analytics requests.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing data-led recommendations and supporting the delivery of client projects end-to-end.
- Strong experience in web analytics, ideally with Adobe Analytics or GA4.
- Understanding of CRO and experimentation principles (hands-on test building is not essential).
- Ability to turn data into insight and explain the story behind the numbers.
- Experience working with UX, developers, and cross-functional teams.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with Adobe Target or other CRO platforms.
- Experience with ContentSquare is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
