As an ISO Auditor, your role will involve performing internal audits and managing external and corporate audit processes based on a risk-focused audit plan. You will evaluate the effectiveness of the company's management systems in supporting business operations while ensuring compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and company policies.
Role Duties:
- Assist the Management Systems and Audit Manager in establishing and implementing objectives.
- Help collect and analyze audit-related metrics to support Management Reviews.
- Contribute to developing and maintaining a risk-based audit program covering internal processes, programs, external ISO, corporate, customer, and supplier audits.
- Align audits with ISO clauses to ensure comprehensive coverage and address any identified gaps.
- Communicate audit findings and non-conformities to the Management Systems and Audit Manager.
- Create and deliver audit-related training and briefings for both new and existing employees as needed.
- Prepare for internal audits by collaborating with stakeholders to define scope, risks, and key focus areas.
- Maintain and update the central corrective actions database, ensuring all audit findings are accurately recorded.
- Track and manage external ISO and corporate audit findings, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely closure.
Essential qualifications / experience:
- In-depth understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, or ISO 14001 standards.
- Certified Lead Auditor in one or more of the mentioned standards.
- Significant experience in auditing compliance with one or more of these standards.
- Proven ability to drive the resolution and closure of non-conformities.
- Strong background in collaborating with cross-functional teams, with the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships across departments.
