The Opportunity
- In this role, you'll support the onboarding, delivery and long-term management of a premium client portfolio across cinema, entertainment, loyalty and employee benefits.
- You'll play a key part in nurturing relationships with major partners, driving client satisfaction and uncovering new commercial opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and developing key client relationships to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction.
- Managing and growing partnerships across UK & International cinema brands and wider loyalty clients.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver initiatives that boost engagement and product uptake.
- Providing insight-led recommendations using data, market trends and client feedback.
- Presenting with confidence in senior stakeholder meetings.
- Supporting new business activity and identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
- Ensuring all contractual commitments and compliance requirements are met.
- Representing the business at industry events and conferences.
