Lecturer in Hospitality Management & Leadership London (Tower Hill & Aldgate) £42,000 – £50,000 | Full-Time | Permanent I\’m supporting a leading Higher Education provider who are looking for a Lecturer in Hospitality Management & Leadership to join their academic team. The Role You\’ll deliver engaging, industry-informed teaching on the BA (Hons) Hospitality Management & Leadership programme (Levels 4–6), preparing students for leadership roles across the global hospitality sector. Key areas you\’ll cover include: Events management, leadership, marketing, financial planning, sustainability, and customer experience. Curriculum design and delivery that links theory to real-world practice. Academic and pastoral support to help students thrive. Building industry connections and bringing insights into the classroom. Championing digital learning and hybrid teaching. What You\’ll Need Master\’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Hospitality, Tourism, Events, or related field.
