Processes are evolving, ideas move quickly and there is a genuine opportunity to help define how the business operates and communicates as it grows. The team values people who are curious, practical, purpose-driven and motivated by high standards.

The opportunity

A Head of Marketing is needed who will shape how the business presents itself. That means defining the positioning, shaping how new developments are introduced to market, and ensuring the customer experience feels thoughtful, consistent and commercially effective.

This role requires someone who can blend creative thinking with a strong commercial mindset. You will design a scalable marketing function, build systems and campaigns that connect people with communities, and put in place tools that drive awareness, loyalty and measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Establish and manage a clear, recognisable brand across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Build and execute a marketing strategy that supports growth, awareness and retention.
  • Develop identities and narratives for new portfolios and upcoming developments.
  • Create a structure that brings together corporate messaging, resident communications and community storytelling.
  • Set and maintain the tone of voice, visual style and core messaging.
  • Oversee content, brand campaigns and reputation-building activity.
  • Shape launch strategies for new schemes to ensure the proposition lands clearly.
  • Oversee digital, social, PR, paid channels, events and content as part of one joined-up plan.
  • Work hand in hand with revenue and operations teams to support leasing performance and resident retention.
  • Use data, insight and testing to refine campaigns and make informed decisions.
  • Partner with operational teams to ensure residents receive clear, helpful and consistent communication.
  • Design journeys from first enquiry through to long-term tenancy.
  • Oversee the website, CRM and automation tools so they work together seamlessly.
  • Champion communication that builds trust, rather than simply chasing enquiries.
  • Build and develop a marketing and brand team covering creative, digital and communications expertise.
  • Use market and customer insights to inform future brand direction.
  • Implement dashboards and reporting tools to support quick, confident decision-making.

Person specification

  • Experienced Head of Marketing / Marketing Director level operator.
  • Naturally strategic, but comfortable rolling up your sleeves.
  • Experience leading marketing and brand strategy within residential, hospitality or consumer-focused services.
  • A track record across both digital and offline channels, ideally including CRM and paid media.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders with the launch of new products, portfolios or propositions.
  • Confidence working with data, insight and testing.
  • Experience leading teams across multiple locations or brands.
  • A strong link between marketing thinking and commercial outcomes.
