We're partnering with a fast-growing, digitally led business within the sports nutrition space, on the search for a commercially driven Head of Digital Marketing / Growth. This is a high-impact role, responsible for leading performance marketing, driving customer acquisition and retention, and scaling revenue across multiple channels and markets.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on leadership role, enjoys building and mentoring teams, and has a strong track record in paid/performance marketing within an ecommerce environment.
The Role
- You'll own the end-to-end growth strategy, balancing acquisition, retention, and brand investment, while leading a small but high-performing marketing team.
Acquisition, Performance & Growth
- Own and optimise multi-channel acquisition strategy across paid media (Meta, Google, affiliates, marketplaces).
- Lead budget allocation, forecasting, and ROI optimisation across channels.
- Drive a performance-led approach while evolving brand presence across mid-to-upper funnel activity.
- Build and scale affiliate and partner programmes to diversify acquisition.
Retention & Customer Lifecycle
- Partner with CRM to deliver best-in-class lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, and loyalty.
- Balance acquisition with retention to maximise LTV and long-term revenue growth.
Ecommerce, CRO & Marketplaces
- Collaborate with ecommerce leadership to deliver a structured CRO roadmap, driven by testing and data.
- Scale growth across third-party marketplaces (e.g. TikTok Shop, wholesale platforms).
- Develop strategies to convert marketplace customers into direct-to-consumer.
Data, Analytics & Innovation
- Use data (CAC, LTV, churn) to inform strategic decision-making.
- Own growth KPIs and reporting across acquisition, retention, and revenue.
- Improve visibility through dashboards and analytics infrastructure.
- Run incrementality testing to optimise spend.
- Explore and implement AI tools across creative, targeting, and analytics.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, coach, and develop a small team across paid media, CRM, and marketplace channels.
- Act as the central growth lead across marketing, ecommerce, and finance.
- Align performance marketing strategy with wider commercial objectives.
