As part of our client's growing National Security team, you'll lead technical teams from the front, ensuring best practice and successful delivery of complex software projects. You'll play a key role in shaping architecture and integration strategy across secure, cross-domain environments, while mentoring the next generation of Software Engineers.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading an established team of Software Engineers across multiple secure programmes
- Driving architecture and integration strategy across cross-domain systems
- Designing and guiding Java / Spring Boot microservices-based solutions
- Acting as a senior technical liaison with key stakeholders and customers
- Building strong customer relationships through direct engagement
- Contributing to and helping prepare technical proposals and bids
- Assisting the customer account team in business development efforts
- Collaborating with delivery management to identify risks, plan deliveries, and support resource allocation
