Want to join a high-growth manufacturer? With excellent benefits and flexible working? In a newly created Product Co-ordinator role, working with some of the word’s biggest brands? The Product Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining product data, ensuring all product information is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. This includes EPDs, datasheets, product specs and content syndication to support the sales team with the latest product information. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update all product data, including EPDs, datasheets, product specifications, and other relevant content. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product Development, Marketing, Sales and SHEQ) to gather, organise, and distribute product information. Ensure all product collateral is accurate, up-to-date, and aligns with brand and product messaging. Organise content syndication efforts to ensure product data is available across all relevant platforms and channels. Assist in product launch activities, ensuring that all product materials are ready and distributed to key stakeholders. Monitor and maintain product information across all digital touchpoints, including the website and third-party platforms. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Product Design, or related field. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. Experience with content management systems and digital platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A proactive and collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
