I am looking for an Ecommerce Executive to join a leading retailer who truly cares about the well-being and development of their staff. You will be supporting with the day-to-day activities within the wider ecommerce team, managing product listings, implementing promotional plans and maintaining the website. Other responsibilities include: Assist in managing the product lifecycle, including updating product listings and working with product ranging and supply chain teams to help manage product inventory. Working closely with the online team to coordinate and execute online campaigns. Using key trends, events and competitor analysis to forward plan including deals, promotions and areas of focus. Update website content as needed, including banner uploads, product descriptions, and other site updates to ensure the content is fresh, accurate, and appealing. Assist in analysing sales data and customer behaviour to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement. Support the overall online strategy by collaborating with other team members on cross-functional projects and initiatives designed to drive online growth and customer engagement. Track and analyse sales performance across specific categories, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions on stock levels. Working closely with the marketing teams to ensure that category traffic is optimised for all ecommerce channels including email, social and affiliates.
