Location: Manchester - fully office based

Forward Role are working with a fast growing fashion brand in Manchester, who are looking to add an Ecommerce Manager to their team. This individual will be responsible for owning the full end-to-end ecommerce experience, fundamentally driving revenue and growth for the brand. This is a pivotal role in helping the brand achieve further growth and success and it's a great opportunity for someone to come in and make an impact really quickly.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and developing the daily operations of the ecommerce site (Shopify)
  • Support with the delivery of product launches, campaigns and site updates
  • Review the customer journey and make recommendations to improve AOV, customer retention and conversion rates
  • Take the lead on website merchandising and SEO best practices
  • Implement new integrations designed to drive growth i.e. loyalty programmes

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have previous experience within a similar ecommerce role, ideally minimum of 3 years
  • Possess strong experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platform
  • Have the ability to work within a fast paced environment
  • Be analytical and have experience using analytics tools such as GA4
  • Possess strong communication both verbally and written
