Forward Role are partnering with a leading luxury travel brand, who are looking for an Ecommerce Executive to join their team. You will be responsible for driving on-line growth across the newly launched UK site, focusing on increasing conversion rates and improving the customer journey.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Take the lead with key merchandising projects across CRO, SEO, UX and UJ
- Analyse data and user behaviour to produce reports and identify key improvements
- Conduct A/B testing
- Support with on-site SEO
- Make recommendations for site improvements to increase conversion rates
- Day-to-day troubleshooting of the website
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have 1-2 years previous experience within a similar role
- Have previous experience using GA4 or similar analytical tools
- Possess strong communication skills both verbally and written
- Have previous experience executing digital marketing strategies
