Forward Role are pleased to be partnering with this ambitious Retailer, who are looking for an Ecommerce Executive to join their growing team. Working closely with the Ecommerce Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running and optimisation of 2 websites, analysing site and product performance and identifying ways to improve the customer experience.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Update product listings ensuring consistency across descriptions, images and categorisation
- Manage on-site search, ensuring key search terms are optimised and relevant
- Oversee online merchandising of products
- Manage online promotions ensuring offers and discounts are correct at point of going live
- Update homepage banners and website content
- Identify trends and identify areas for improvement based on analysis and reporting
- Support with any troubleshooting on the website
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have previous experience within a similar role, ideally a minimum of 2-3 years' experience
- Have working knowledge of Klevu (highly desirable)
- Have strong working knowledge of Magento 2 or other ecommerce platforms
- Be data literate and have the ability to interpret large volumes of data, with working knowledge of GA4
