A growing retail fashion brand based in Liverpool is looking to appoint an Ecommerce Executive to support the continued growth of its online channel.

Ecommerce Executive
Location: Liverpool (Office-based)
Salary: £28,000–£30,000

This is a broad, hands-on digital role suited to someone highly motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented, who enjoys owning the day-to-day trading of a website and supporting performance through data-led decision making.

The Role

Reporting into the senior digital lead, you\'ll play a key role in the daily management and optimisation of the ecommerce site. This position would suit someone technically confident, commercially aware, and comfortable working across product, content, trading, and performance fundamentals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day website management (product uploads, merchandising, navigation, content updates)
  • Owning product setup: descriptions, imagery, categorisation, pricing and promotions
  • Monitoring site performance and customer journey
  • Supporting weekly trading analysis and reporting on KPIs (conversion, AOV, traffic, revenue)
  • Interpreting data to identify opportunities for optimisation
  • Working closely with marketing to ensure campaigns are executed correctly onsite
  • Conducting regular site audits to ensure accuracy and best practice
  • Supporting SEO basics (metadata, on-page optimisation)
  • Assisting with email, paid media and marketplace coordination where required
  • Identifying UX improvements to drive conversion

About You

  • 1–3 years\' experience in an ecommerce or digital role
  • Technically confident and comfortable using ecommerce platforms and analytics tools
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly across product and site accuracy
  • Confident interpreting data and turning insight into action
  • Commercially aware with a proactive mindset
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Enthusiastic, hands-on and keen to grow within a fast-paced retail environment
