Digital Tutor

I\βm currently working with a training provider who are looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Tutor to join their team on a permanent basis.
This role is all about helping adult learners achieve their potential, delivering engaging online training sessions that build confidence, develop digital skills, and prepare learners for their next step.
The Role

Deliver online training to groups of adult learners working towards accredited qualifications.

Carry out initial assessments to identify learner strengths and areas for improvement.

Use set teaching and learning plans (with the freedom to add your own flair).

Support learners with employability skills, confidence building, and essential English, maths, and ICT.

Provide guidance and motivation to help learners progress in their careers.

Keep accurate records of learner attendance, progress, and outcomes.

Collaborate with delivery and quality teams to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.

? What We\βre Looking For

Minimum 3 years\β industry experience within Digital/IT.

Previous experience delivering digital training.

Level 3 Award in Education & Training (PTLLS) (or equivalent teaching qualification).

GCSE (or equivalent) English & Maths β Grade C/Level 2 or above.

Strong knowledge across digital/IT subject areas.

Confident delivering engaging sessions online.

Organised, adaptable, and motivational.
