Digital Marketing Manager
Location: South Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum
We are hiring on behalf of a fast growing digital first, B2C Lead Generation business based in South Manchester looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with strong Paid Social experience
This is a fantastic opportunity for a performance-driven marketer to take ownership of paid social strategy and make a real commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other key platforms
- Analyse performance data and report on key metrics
- Work with creative teams to produce high-converting ad content to maximise Lead Generation
- Test, scale and improve campaign performance through A/B testing
- Broader Digital responsibilities through Multi-Channels including Email
Desirable:
- Experience with Google Ads or other paid channels
- Knowledge of CRM or marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with lead generation KPIs (CPL, ROAS, conversion rates)
