My client, based in Manchester, is seeking an experienced marketer to take ownership of their digital communications and social media strategy across multiple brands. This is an excellent opportunity for a Lead Gen marketer to join an established business built on strong digital performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead digital communications strategy across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and emerging channels
- Build and optimise automated customer journeys for new business, renewals, and cross-sell campaigns
- Own and execute social media strategy, creating engaging content across all platforms
- Design cross-sell and upsell strategies to increase multi-product engagement
- Drive conversion and retention through effective lifecycle marketing and personalisation
- Report on campaign performance using analytics tools and deliver data-led recommendations
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director on SEO, website development, and content strategy
Essential Digital Marketing Skills:
- CRM & Marketing Automation (e.g. Zoho, Brevo, Zapier)
- Email Marketing – proven track record in campaign building and optimisation
- Social Media Management – multi-platform content creation and strategy
- Analytics & Reporting (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, CRM dashboards)
