What you\’ll be doing: You\’ll be responsible for building and optimising the firm\’s digital engine, managing CRM, leading digital campaigns, and driving performance across all key channels. Core Focus Areas: CRM & Automation: Manage and optimise HubSpot CRM, build segmented workflows, and improve email performance through automation. Digital Campaigns: Plan and deliver paid advertising, track spend, and continuously test and refine messaging. SEO & Web: Support keyword optimisation, technical SEO, and improve user journeys to boost site performance. Analytics & Reporting: Own digital performance tracking, report on key metrics, and provide insight-led recommendations.
