This hybrid role offers the chance to work closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners, gaining valuable hands-on experience in digital data and performance analytics.
As a Digital Analyst, you’ll support analytics across a diverse portfolio of brands, helping to translate digital data into actionable insights that enhance customer experience and guide strategic marketing decisions.
Role & Responsibilities:- Build and manage digital tracking infrastructure to monitor user engagement across multiple brand websites.
- Create dashboards and analysis reports that provide insights into user behaviour, campaign results, and conversion performance.
- Support website and campaign optimisation through testing, data analysis, and performance recommendations.
- Configure analytics tools, such as GA4, to ensure accurate and reliable data collection.
- Collaborate closely with teams across SEO, paid media and data insight to align analytics with broader marketing goals.
- Experience with GA4 is essential.
- Experience with data visualisation tools is highly desirable (Looker, Power BI or Tableau etc).
- Exposure and understanding of Google Tag Management.
- 1–2 years' experience in digital analytics or a heavily data focused digital marketing role.
- Analytical and curious, with a strong ability to make sense of complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Confident communicator and stakeholder management skills – ability to communicate and present findings clearly.
