The role: Reporting to the CRM Manager, you'll help drive the company's communication strategy through creative email, SMS, and multi-channel campaigns. You'll be organised, detail-focused, and passionate about creating marketing that makes a real impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, building, and sending email & SMS campaigns that hit tight deadlines
  • Using Bloomreach to manage campaigns and customer journeys
  • Monitoring performance, reporting on KPIs, and spotting opportunities to improve
  • Optimising customer journeys and ensuring communications are targeted for maximum impact
  • Collaborating with the design team to create engaging campaign content
  • Running A/B tests and supporting the CRM Manager on key marketing initiatives

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally with hands-on CRM and email platform use
  • A good understanding of email marketing and customer journey map builds within an email platform is essential
  • Basic understanding of HTML coding is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to collaborate and build strong working relationships across teams
  • Strong creative, analytical and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
