Forward Role are seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our clients team permanently, joining an existing team. In this role, you will play a key role in designing, analysing, and maintaining the company's compensation frameworks. You'll partner with HR and business leaders to ensure pay decisions are fair, competitive, and aligned with business strategy.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the design, benchmarking, and evaluation of compensation programmes across the business
- Conducting market analysis to ensure salary structures remain competitive
- Managing annual compensation cycles, including merit reviews and bonus processes
- Analysing large data sets to provide insights and recommendations to leadership
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Preparing clear reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Experience in compensation, reward, or data-driven HR roles
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel (or similar data tools)
