B2C Lead Generation
We are working with a fast-growing B2C Lead Generation business that operates across two established consumer brands. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of paid acquisition, website performance, and conversion optimisation. This is a hands-on role with real influence - perfect for someone who enjoys driving results, simplifying customer journeys, and developing junior talent.
The Role
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving high-quality leads through a performance-led digital strategy. You will manage paid media channels directly (or via agency partners), optimise CRO on-site performance, and ensure the customer journey is intuitive, logical, and conversion-focused. You will also line manage and mentor one Junior Marketing Executive, providing guidance, training, and day-to-day support.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimise Paid Media activity across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Lead CRO initiatives, identifying friction points and improving conversion rates across the website
- Apply strong on-page SEO knowledge to improve rankings, visibility, and organic performance
- Manage channels hands-on and/or work closely with external agencies to maximise ROI
- Analyse user behaviour to simplify the customer journey and increase click-through and lead completion
- Test, learn, and iterate - using data to inform continuous improvements
- Line manage and develop a Junior Marketing team member, supporting their growth and performance
What We Are Looking For
- Demonstrable experience improving CRO and website performance
- Proven experience in a Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing role
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Solid understanding of on-page SEO best practices
- Confident using data and insights to inform decisions
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members (or ready to take that step)
- Commercial mindset with a focus on lead quality and efficiency
