Why you'd want this job Own content strategy across multiple brands, not just post for one Paid and organic both sit with you, so you see what works and act on it Support on influencer campaigns and advise on who you work with Get on camera and be a face of the brand Real room to grow, plus travel discounts and a pension Develop your career by helping manage junior social executives What you'll do ?Plan, build and schedule campaigns across brands ?Run and optimise organic and paid social on Meta and TikTok ? Own the monthly campaign calendar and weekly/monthly reporting ? Keep every brand on tone of voice ?Test formats, learn, and do better next time You're probably right if you've got 3+ years in social, at a brand or agency Social content that has performed, with the numbers to prove it Hands-on Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite and TikTok Business Suite, plus working knowledge of Google Analytics and Hootsuite A feel for how each platform works and a sharp eye for visuals Experience managing people Confidence in front of a camera
