My client is seeking a talented Campaign Manager to take ownership of designing, delivering and optimising integrated marketing campaigns that support ambitious strategic growth. This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment. The Role You\’ll lead the planning and execution of end-to-end campaigns across digital and offline channels, with a strong focus on generating and nurturing quality leads. Working closely with insight, distribution, strategy and creative teams, you\’ll ensure campaigns land with the right audiences and deliver measurable results. Key responsibilities include: Developing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that align to strategic objectives Building digital-led plans to drive and nurture leads, ensuring smooth handover to distribution teams Monitoring and optimising campaign performance using data-driven insights Managing campaign delivery, timelines and agency partners Ensuring all activity adheres to regulatory and compliance requirements Collaborating across the business to align activity with broader commercial needs Managing a small offshore team responsible for reporting and email marketing data About You You\’ll bring a blend of creativity, commercial acumen and operational rigour, with the confidence to influence stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
