The business is going through an exciting phase of digital growth, investing heavily in ecommerce, CRM, marketing automation and performance marketing, so it's a brilliant time to join. This is a hands-on role at the heart of the action. You'll run CRM, email and customer journeys day to day, working closely with the Digital Lead and agency partners to deliver, measure and continuously improve performance.
You'll build reporting, dig into the data, and turn insight into clear actions that shape what happens next. Responsibilities:- Own and deliver CRM, email campaigns and customer journeys through Zoho
- Turn digital and customer data into clear insights and performance reports the business can act on
- Help grow customer engagement and first-party data through targeted lifecycle marketing activity
- Work with SEO and paid media agencies to support high-performing, commercially focused campaigns
- Continuously test, optimise and improve website journeys, campaign performance and conversion opportunities
- 2–3 years' experience in digital, CRM or customer marketing, with hands-on campaign and journey execution
- Strong CRM/marketing automation skills (e.g. Zoho, HubSpot or Mailchimp), including building and managing segments and journeys
- Confident with email marketing and performance data, using insights to continuously improve results
- Comfortable working with data and Excel, turning analysis into clear, actionable recommendations
- Well-rounded digital understanding (CRM, website, paid, SEO), with a curious, test-and-learn mindset and strong communication skills
