We are working with a fast-growing, digitally led consumer brand within the apparel space. Since launching in recent years, the business has built a strong presence through a combination of product innovation and contemporary design, operating at the intersection of performance and lifestyle.

With continued growth across ecommerce and brand channels, the business is investing heavily in its creative function, with a particular focus on producing high-quality, consistent visual content across all platforms.

This is a detail-focused Retoucher role within a fast-paced in-house creative team. Working closely with photographers and the wider creative team, you will play a key role in maintaining visual consistency across product launches, campaigns and always-on brand activity.

  • Prepare product imagery for online use, including PDP and promotional assets
  • Collaborate with photographers during post-production to achieve the desired creative output
  • Manage high volumes of imagery while maintaining quality and consistency
  • Follow and uphold brand retouching guidelines across all channels
  • Prepare and export final assets for use across web, social, email and paid media
  • Identify and flag any image quality issues, working collaboratively to resolve them

Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a Retoucher or post-production role

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop

Genuine interest in apparel, fashion or ecommerce brands

Competitive salary of £28,000 – £34,000 depending on experience
