We're recruiting four Skills Coaches on behalf of a well-established training provider delivering Adult Skills Fund programmes across South Yorkshire. Based across Barnsley, Rotherham, and Doncaster, you'll be supporting adult learners through a broad and rewarding curriculum — helping people develop skills that make a real difference in their lives and careers. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced coaches who are passionate about adult education and community-based learning.

What We're Looking For:

  • A recognised Assessor qualification (TAQA, CAVA, A1, or equivalent)
  • A Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, PTLLS, AET, or equivalent)
  • Experience delivering ASF or AEB-funded programmes
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage adult learners from diverse backgrounds
  • Knowledge of South Yorkshire's local communities and learner needs is a plus
