As the Ecommerce Analyst you will uncover insights, identify opportunities, and help the ecommerce team understand what's really happening across our digital platforms. This is a hands-on, exploratory analytics role for someone who loves digging into data, spotting trends, and helping teams make smarter decisions.

You will monitor performance, analyse user behaviour, build customer segments, and identify commercial and behavioural trends, providing clear, actionable insight for stakeholders across the business. This is a brand-new role, ideal for a self-starter who is eager to shape the function and make an impact from day one. The ideal candidate will have experience in ecommerce environments, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for uncovering insight from data.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Monitor site performance daily/weekly to identify issues, anomalies, and opportunities.
  • Analyse user behaviour, journeys, funnels, and on-site interaction patterns.
  • Identify what's driving customer engagement and conversion across different markets.
  • Deep dive into ecommerce and web data to understand performance and help prioritise improvements.
  • Explore data to identify problems, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
  • Deliver insights to the ecommerce, marketing, and wider commercial teams.
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation - helping define, measure, and interpret results.
  • Build a clearer understanding of customers through segmentation and behavioural analysis.
  • Work with customer insights/research teams to combine qualitative and quantitative findings.
  • Identify trends and patterns in sales data and produce sales forecasts.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in ecommerce analytics, digital product analytics, web analytics, or a similar field.
  • Strong experience with GA4.
  • Experience delivering dashboards and visualisations using tools such as Looker.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a curious, investigative mindset.
  • Ability to translate data into clear, compelling insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding of funnel analysis, attribution basics, CRO, segmentation, and forecasting.
  • Enjoy working in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment.
