A leading digital learning provider — partnered with some of the biggest names in tech — is expanding its Skills Bootcamp delivery across England and needs experienced BDMs to lead employer engagement across key regions.
This is a commercially focused role sitting at the heart of funded digital skills delivery. You'll be building and managing verified employer networks, securing business commitments to interview and hire bootcamp graduates, and supporting the commercial activity that underpins DfE-funded provision.
Priority regions for immediate hire (mid-June/July start):
- Build a verified employer network across your region — securing commitments to interview and hire Skills Bootcamp graduates
- Generate leads and manage relationships with employers, LEPs, Chambers of Commerce, and local growth stakeholders
- Support tender bids with evidence of employer engagement and regional market intelligence
Experience in Skills Bootcamp business development — this is the number one priority.
Background in employer-facing DfE-funded provision (Adult Skills Funding, apprenticeships) also considered.
Demonstrable employer network across one or more target regions.
Performance-related bonus ~ Fully remote with regional travel ~ Flexible working.
