About the Opportunity

Role duties:
- Drive new business development across existing and new central government clients
- Build and execute strategic sales and pursuit plans to exceed revenue targets
- Grow and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, outreach, and industry events
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, client needs, and competitor activity
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to broaden our footprint in the sector
- Work closely with marketing to develop compelling campaigns and sales collateral
Required skills:
- Proven track record selling digital services and solutions into UK Central Government
- Strong understanding of how the public sector operates β commercially and at programme level
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including translating technical concepts for senior stakeholders
- A relationship-builder who drives loyalty and long-term client partnerships
- Self-starter mindset with a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with government digital standards and delivery approaches
Desirable experience:
- Direct experience selling to the Home Office, FCDO, Ministry of Justice, DEFRA or connected bodies
- Practical knowledge of cloud services and AI delivery in a government context
