Forward Role is partnering with an innovative business to find a Web Analyst who can turn data into actionable insights, optimise digital performance, and drive customer engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-moving company where data plays a key role in shaping strategy and improving customer experiences.
Role & Responsibilities:
- As a Web Analyst you will thrive on problem-solving and be passionate about using data to influence decision-making.
- You'll be responsible for tracking performance, improving attribution models, and ensuring accurate data collection to help optimise both marketing and product strategies.
- Managing web analytics and tracking systems, ensuring accurate data collection through Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to provide insights that enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Improving conversion rates through A/B testing and CRO initiatives, using AB Tasty and Google Analytics to monitor, analyse and evaluate the performance of tests and experiments.
- Implement and maintain cookie consent frameworks, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Manage tagging and pixel requests from external partners, ensuring smooth implementation and reporting.
- Conduct segmentation, attribution, and lifetime value analysis to refine targeting strategies.
- Monitor key digital performance metrics, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar Web / Digital / Growth Analytics role or CRO role.
- Expertise in GA4 and GTM is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Use of data visualisation tools such as Looker is desirable.
- JavaScript, SQL, or Python is a bonus.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A good understanding of data privacy regulations.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with a desire to innovate and drive change.
