As the business enters its next phase of growth, they are seeking an experienced Head of Growth to join the Senior Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organisation. The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the wider leadership team, the Head of Growth will own the agency's growth strategy, sales performance, and marketing function. You will be responsible for defining and delivering revenue targets, leading business development activities, overseeing marketing strategy, and ensuring the business maintains a deep understanding of its target customers and market opportunities. - Strong commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs, forecasting, budgets, and performance metrics.
