About the Business

We're partnered with a leading UK digital organisation that has built a reputation for delivering innovative, customer-focused digital products at scale. Operating within a highly regulated environment, the business continues to invest heavily in its Product, Design and UX capabilities, placing user research at the heart of its decision-making.

As the UX function continues to mature, they're looking to appoint a UX Research Operations Specialist to establish scalable research operations, improve team efficiency, and enable researchers to deliver high-quality insights that shape the future of their digital products.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Research Operations professional to become the operational backbone of a growing UX Research team. Rather than conducting research yourself, you'll focus on building the processes, governance, tooling and operational frameworks that allow researchers to work efficiently, consistently and compliantly.

You'll work closely with UX Researchers, Product, Design, Legal, Compliance and Data teams to streamline research delivery, improve collaboration and introduce scalable ways of working across the organisation.
