You’ll own the entire marketing function including: paid social, organic content, email, channel strategy, all while leading and bringing real structure to a team of three. Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and structuring the internal marketing team - setting priorities, ways of working, and holding the team accountable to results
  • Driving customer acquisition through paid social (Meta, TikTok) and expanding into new channels - affiliates, email, emerging platforms
  • Owning and overseeing content creation - from campaign concepts to filming days and social output
  • Managing external agencies and partners, holding them to clear KPIs and timelines
  • Monitoring funnel performance - CAC, ROAS, conversion rates - and using data to inform every decision
  • Ensuring all marketing activity meets healthcare advertising regulations and compliance requirements
  • Reporting on performance to senior leadership and the Board
