Our client is a fast-growing personal care brand with a mission-led approach to skin, hair and self-care. With millions of customers and a place on the UK's fastest-growing companies lists, they've built a reputation through standout brand partnerships that introduce their products to new audiences.

They're now looking for an Account Manager to join their Sales & Partnerships team and take ownership of a portfolio of existing brand partners.

The Role

This isn't a hard-sell, target-chasing sales job. It's a relationship-first, organisational role, closer to an agency account management position, where you'll be the day-to-day point of contact for a set of partners, keeping campaigns running smoothly, well-documented, and delivering results.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning partner relationships - acting as the main point of contact for a defined portfolio, keeping partners engaged and informed
  • Running campaigns end to end - applying a consistent commercial framework across every account, from exposure commitments through to post-campaign reviews
  • Keeping things organised - maintaining accurate CRM data (HubSpot) to feed reliable reporting and forecasting
  • Spotting opportunities - identifying accounts ready to grow into bigger, more strategic relationships
  • Understanding partner goals - taking a fact-find approach to every conversation to plan around their cycles and objectives
  • Supporting wider marketing activity - partner newsletters, sample follow-ups and case studies to keep the brand front of mind
  • Feeding insight back - sharing what you learn from accounts with the Marketing and Production teams

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years' experience in an account or relationship management role, ideally performance or campaign based
  • A natural relationship builder - confident on the phone, over email, and face to face
  • Commercially sharp - comfortable using data to make a case and negotiate terms
  • Highly organised - used to managing multiple accounts and campaigns at once
  • CRM confident - comfortable keeping systems accurate and up to date day to day
  • Energetic and proactive - a problem solver who takes ownership
  • Fast-growth experience is a strong advantage

What's On Offer

  • Salary of £30,000 - £35,000 plus bonus, with realistic OTE around £38,000
  • Genuine portfolio ownership from day one, with mentoring from experienced commercial leaders
  • Flexible hybrid working
  • Free products and a generous colleague discount
  • Discounted gym membership and wellness hub access
  • A paid volunteering day each year
  • Regular team socials and a stocked kitchen at HQ
