- Creative & Message Testing: Developing and testing paid social creative and messaging, identifying high-performing hooks and propositions through structured experimentation, working with the content team to produce and iterate on creative, and continuously refining messaging toward stronger message-market fit.
- CRO & Landing Page Optimisation: Owning CRO across all paid acquisition funnels, building and optimising campaign-specific landing pages, running structured A/B testing programmes, and improving conversion rates across key funnel stages.
- AI-Driven Creative Velocity: Using AI tools and workflows to increase creative testing speed, building systems for rapidly testing new ad concepts and messaging, and driving faster experimentation across campaigns and creative.
What they're looking for:
- 4-6+ years in performance marketing, paid social or growth marketing, strong hands-on experience running Meta advertising campaigns, experience with Google Ads or other paid acquisition channels, a proven track record of strong ROAS and scalable campaign performance, experience improving CRO across landing pages and funnels, and a strong analytical mindset.
- Nice to have: Experience using AI tools to increase creative velocity, LinkedIn advertising experience, ability to build landing pages in Webflow or similar, and a background in startups or high-growth environments.
This is a 6-month FTC structured to become permanent for the right hire. The salary is up to £60,000 with flexibility for an exceptional candidate.
