£500-£550 per day

Contract London Hybrid (2 days a week in the office)

We're working with a global brand to bring in a HR Optimisation Manager to enhance their EMEA People & Culture function. This is an initial 8 week contract as they recruit for the permanent position.

Here's what you'll own:

  • Right-hand to the EMEA CPO, turning strategy into a roadmap, and the roadmap into results
  • Driving process enhancement across all areas of the HR function
  • Utilising and implementing efficient AI tools to increase productivity across teams
  • Driving the P&C EMEA operating model and its continuous improvement agenda
  • Running key P&C projects start to finish: scope, timeline, stakeholders, outcomes
  • Building the dashboards and data stories that show the wider people function is supporting the business
