Overview Forward Role are pleased to be partnering with a fast-growing sportswear brand, who are looking to add a Senior Ecommerce Manager to their growing team. This is a newly created role for the business and will be pivotal in helping the brand achieve further growth and success through their online channels.Job Details Job title: Senior Ecommerce ManagerLocation: Warrington – full time office basedSalary: Up to £65,000Responsibilities Own the P&L for the ecommerce channel, delivering revenue and margin targets.Develop and execute the digital roadmap aligned with business goals.Manage and optimise the ecommerce platform.Oversee product uploads, descriptions, pricing, and stock availability.Work with internal teams and agencies to drive traffic through paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and affiliates.Continuously test and improve site navigation, UX/UI, and checkout processes.Use data-driven insights to track performance and make commercial decisions.Provide regular reporting to leadership on sales, conversion rates, AOV, CAC, and LTV.Qualifications Have previous experience within ecommerce management, ideally 3-5 years.Have strong working knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc).Have a proven track record of growing online revenue and improving conversion rates.Have strong working knowledge of analytical tools such as GA4.
