Senior Digital Analyst

Edinburgh – Hybrid

Forward Role are excited to be working with a innovative financial services business, who are expanding their dynamic digital function and looking for their newest Digital Analytics superstar.

As the Senior Digital Analyst, you will collaborate with a talented group of analysts, and other stakeholders to uncover insights that drive innovation and deliver meaningful results for customers and the business alike.

Role & Responsibilities as a Senior Digital Analyst

  • Utilising digital data you willInvestigate and analyse website traffic, conversion metrics and customer behavioural data to provide actionable recommendations and driving digital optimisation, and improving the user experience.
  • Build impactful dashboards and regular reports to highlight trends and inform decision-making. Leverage data visualisation tools to make complex data accessible to all stakeholders.
  • Lead on experimentation and testing programmes (A/B Testing and MVT) to identify and implement opportunities for improved user experiences and higher conversion rates
  • Partner with teams across marketing, product, and technology to ensure analytics align with broader business goals, effectively communicating insights to non-technical audiences.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a Digital Analytics role, working with on-site and customer data
  • Advanced user of Adobe Analytics or GA4, ideally with Tag Management knowledge
  • A good understanding of A/B testing would be desirable, but not essential
  • Excellent communication, presenting insights to diverse audiences (technical/non-technical) in easily digestible way.
  • Passionate about the customer and delivering seamless digital experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks that drive maximum impact.
  • Basic coding experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript is desirable, but not essential.
