The Mission: Take full ownership of their PPC function, transitioning multi-market campaigns in-house from agency management, then architect, build and scale strategies that will fuel their next phase of international growth.
The Opportunity: As PPC Lead, you\’ll command paid media operations across Google, Bing, and Criteo, driving performance across multiple territories. This is a pivotal hire at a pivotal moment—with a clear trajectory to Head of Search/PPC mapped out from day one.
You\’ll have the autonomy to shape strategy from the ground up, the resources to execute at scale, and the executive backing to make real impact. As soon as this hire is in place, you will have the opportunity to start to build this team around you.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute high-performance campaigns spanning search, shopping, display, remarketing and video
- Architect budget allocation strategies across international markets to maximise commercial return
- Define the roadmap for paid search excellence as the business scales globally
Requirements
- 3+ years managing PPC (in-house experience would be amazing but agency also considered)
- eCommerce expertise—you understand the nuances of online retail and conversion optimisation
- Proven success managing substantial marketing budgets with measurable ROI
- Deep platform knowledge: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
